Returns & Refunds

  • If you wish to return an online order, goods can be returned within 14 days
  • Please email us at with your order number and reason for returning - if your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the returns address
  • All returns must arrive safely back to us in perfect saleable condition with any tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Any returns will be at your own expense and risk - we recommend you use a trackable service and retain proof of postage. We do not accept any responsibility for items returned to us which get lost in transit or are damaged during the journey - for this reason we strongly advise customers to package the items well
  • A refund will be generated once the returned goods have arrived safely back to us in good, unused condition - please note the original shipping costs will be excluded from the refund and the postage costs will be deducted from any free delivery orders
  • We cannot accept returns of earrings due to health & safety / hygiene reasons
